David dyer

David Dyer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Harvest Solutions, where he leads the company’s vision, culture, and long-term strategic direction. A graduate of Auburn University, Mr. Dyer brings years of experience owning and leading highly regulated healthcare organizations.

He has founded and co-founded four successful healthcare businesses, including one diagnostic laboratory operating under extensive federal and state regulatory oversight which was acquired by Labcorp. 

At Harvest Solutions, Mr. Dyer is leading the adoption of innovative, environmentally responsible medical waste processing technology designed to enhance safety, reduce environmental impact, and modernize traditional waste-handling practices. He is committed to leading with exceptional service and building long-term partnerships through transparency, accountability, and consistent operational excellence. His focus is on protecting healthcare workers, communities, and the environment while upholding rigorous compliance standards.

Mr. Dyer is deeply committed to building a values-driven organization where culture, accountability, and community engagement are foundational. He believes sustainable success is achieved by doing the right things the right way—particularly in industries that directly affect public health.

Beyond his professional work, Mr. Dyer is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and the Monday Morning Quarterback Club. He also serves as a co-owner and board member of Farm for Hope, a nonprofit organization focused on community service and impact. He is an active member of his Church and places a strong emphasis on faith, service, and integrity in both his personal and professional life. He is deeply committed to charitable giving.

He is married and the father of four children.
